Q: How do I check the status of my order?
A: Mary Carolina partners with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you the best prices and the most interesting products. This means that your order is shipped from global areas via our partnership with USPS. Due to this, we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 2-4 weeks to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way (please email us for tracking). 
We offer international shipping options too - no matter where you are, you can buy from us!

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Please allow up to 1 week for your order to process, and to be shipped out. Our fulfillment centers are located around the world. For domestic orders in the United States, it will normally take about 3-4 weeks. For International orders, please allow up to 4-5 weeks. 

Q: Why does shipping take so long?
A: Our prices are significantly lower than our competitors since we have relationships with our suppliers to ship directly to the customer! The downside to this is slightly longer shipping times, though we work our hardest to get your order shipped as fast as possible.

Q: I ordered two products, but have received only one... what's happening?
A: Since we have a large assortment of products that are not stored in the same warehouse, it is possible that some products get shipped separately. Do not worry, it is quite normal that you receive a product a few days before the other.

Q: Do you ship Internationally?
A: Yes! We ship worldwide to ensure that every customer will enjoy his or her shopping experience with us.

Q: Is your website secure with my personal information?
A: Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.

Q: How do I order on your website?
A: Simply find the product you'd want and click the 'Add To Cart' button. Fill in your shipping and billing information and we'll have your order shipped to you as soon as possible!

Q: Does Mary Carolina provide a quality guarantee for all the products being sold?
A: Absolutely! If you do not like the product or find damages to the product, contact us immediately! We do all we can to ensure your best shopping experience. You can simply contact us and we'll get it addressed!

Q: How can I get in contact with you?
A: We handle customer service through email to ensure a timely and efficient turn around rate for yourself and your trendy products. If there are still any questions that you have and feel like we did not answer feel free to send us an email at - with any questions or concern that you have. 

Q: Do you offer a refund if I don't like the product?
A: Visit our refund policy page for complete details. If you have any additional questions that have not been addressed in our FAQ, please contact us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Items must be returned in their original packaging with the attached tags. We cannot accept returns of jewelry or clothes from which cellophane packaging has been removed, and underwear or swimwear whose sanitary protection has been removed.

Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.

When your order is ready to leave our warehouse, we will let you know by e-mail. Then you can track your order for regular updates.

You just ordered? You can check the status of your order and your details in My Account.

Remember that our couriers work until 21h (22h for delivery in the evening) so that your order can arrive in the evening. If you are not there to receive the courier at the time of arrival, do not panic! They will leave a card with other instructions.

Cancellation: We may attempt to cancel your order within 15 minutes of your purchase, please chat below as soon as possible to request. This cannot be guaranteed! After this time, we cannot cancel before delivery, but you can return unworn items for free within 14 days of receiving your order.

Change: We are fast in order processing so any changes must be made before you click 'Pay securely.' After this step, you cannot modify the articles or the quantities of your order.

If you believe that your shipping address is incorrect, please chat below as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed, but we will do our best.

Please allow up to 10 business days for receipt of your returned package. We will send you an e-mail as soon as your return has been processed in our warehouse. Refunds take 3-5 business days to be transferred to your account.

If you have not heard from us after ten business days of sending your package, follow your return below to see where it is.

The moment you have clicked the 'Pay securely' button at checkout, your payment will be made.

If you have problems with your payment method:

Verify that all card details are entered correctly.
Verify that the billing address is entered correctly.
Verify that the expiration date and CVC are entered correctly.
Check that there are enough funds in the account to make the payment.

The search option located at the top of your screen allows you to enter your search.

If you notice that your package is damaged during delivery, please send us a digital image (photo) of the package in question before opening it to review the contents.
